Digitranscope is a 3-year research project (2018-20) of the JRC Centre for Advanced Studies  focusing on  the governance of digitally transformed human societies. The project aims to provide a deeper understanding of key aspects of digital transformation to help policy-makers address the challenges facing European society over the next decades.

The three themes will be: Green Europe, Cohesion and Cooperation and Empowering Citizens. It is a kind of meeting of regions of all Europe to talk about those three themes but the ETHNA system could be a partner that gives all regions a theoretical framework to work on them.
